Compass will always contact you if we feel your property needs any form of maintenance, from something small like light bulbs all the way through to garden or building work. We will instruct our own maintanence team to carefully carry out any required tasks. In the instance that any major works are required, we will source the professionals within that field, oversee and sign off when the project has been completed and provide photographs of the finished project, so you can relax in the knowlege that any work needed to be carried out in your absence will be completed to the highest standard and at a sensible price.
